FINANCIAL INFORMATION FOR NEW PATIENTS
During your visit, you may pay for your dental care by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. In some cases, we can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan prior to a procedure. If you have questions about your account, please contact us before your appointment, or be sure to ask us during your consultation. We are always happy to answer questions and clarify information.
We will file your insurance claim as a courtesy. Then, we will send you a monthly statement to let you know whether your dental insurance has paid. Please bring your insurance information with you so that we can expedite reimbursement.
Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks after we file claims. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid will be your responsibility.
